Account Registration and Eligibility

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts to use our service. By using our service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
• Ensuring your account information is accurate and up to date

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any other reason we deem appropriate.

Subscription and Billing

Pricing

Our service is offered on a subscription basis. Current pricing is:

• Launch Price: $64.67 per month for the first three months
• Regular Price: $97.00 per month thereafter

Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice. Changes will not affect your current billing cycle.

Billing and Payment

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
• Payment is processed automatically using your provided payment method
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• Failed payments may result in service suspension or termination

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to the service until the end of the paid period. No refunds will be provided for partial months.

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use our service to:
